HOW IT WORKS

One pool of company slots, refreshed every year.

Adding companies to your group is free and unlimited. A slot is used only when you successfully file for a company, and it is kept for that company for the rest of the subscription year.

Add your whole book
Create a group, invite your team, and add as many companies as you like. Adding companies never costs anything.
A slot is used on filing
The first successful filing for a company uses one slot. Re-filing or amending that same company in the same year is free.
Slots reset each renewal
When your plan renews, the count resets for the new year, so you file for a fresh pool of companies.

Practice plan questions

Who are Practice plans for?
Accountants, bookkeepers and agents who file for more than one company. Instead of a separate subscription per company, one annual plan covers a pool of companies and your whole team.
What counts as a company against my limit?
Each distinct company you successfully file for uses one slot for the subscription year. Adding a company, preparing a return, or re-filing a company you have already filed for that year does not use another slot.
Why is Practice 5 more per company than Practice 10?
The larger plans are better value per company, so Practice 10 works out cheaper per company than Practice 5. If you expect to file for close to 5 companies, Practice 10 is usually the better buy.
Can my team help without extra cost?
Yes. Team members are unlimited on every Practice plan. The group admin manages billing and invites, and members can add companies, prepare returns and submit.
What if I only file for one company?
A single company is cheaper on a standard personal plan. See standard pricing for £10 dormant and £25 micro-entity.
What is included in each filing?
Everything needed to submit: the CT600, iXBRL accounts and the tax computation, to HMRC and Companies House or either on its own, with unlimited revisions before you submit.
