Corporation Tax period ending after the accounts

SimpleCompanyTax supports entered coverage beyond the accounts end through HMRC-only filing with separate figures for the extra days.

File only the second CT600 if the first is already filed

SimpleCompanyTax files the outstanding short-period CT600 when the first return was already filed with the full accounts, without attaching the accounts again.

Amend the first CT600 and file the second as new

SimpleCompanyTax supports an HMRC-only filing that amends the first return and files the outstanding second return with the full accounts. The supported charity CT600E route also offers this choice.

SimpleCompanyTax supports overdue returns for periods starting on or after 1 April 2015 within the service scope.

Generated company accounts use FRS 105. FRS 102, consolidated accounts, group relief, audit-required accounts and unsupported supplementary pages are outside the service. Charity and club routes use supplied accounts or an available omission option. CIC Companies House filing uses a package that you upload.
