I can't log in
We use magic-link email login. Check spam for the email from login@simplecompanytax.co.uk, wait 60 seconds before retrying, and make sure you're using the same browser that opened the link.
My CT600 failed validation
Open the job details page for the specific error. Most validation failures are caused by a balance-sheet imbalance or a missing director entry. Regenerate after correcting — it's included in your subscription.
I'm missing my IRmark
IRmarks are returned from HMRC on successful submission. If your job status shows “completed” but no IRmark, contact us with the job ID and we'll investigate immediately.
