Why did I get a Trustpilot review invitation after filing?
Short version. SimpleCompanyTax may ask for a Trustpilot review after HMRC accepts your Corporation Tax return. You do not have to leave one.
Why it arrived
We ask customers about their filing experience after acceptance. The review invitation is a separate email from your HMRC acceptance message. If your accounts period needed two CT600 returns, the invitation does not replace either return's acceptance response. Check your filing record for those results.
Leaving a review
The stars in the email open our public Trustpilot review page. Choose your rating and write your review there. Your review may be positive or negative. It is optional, and the review is posted on Trustpilot rather than in your filing record.
