What does the annual subscription include?
Short version. One annual subscription covers unlimited filings, amendments and supported accounting periods for the same company while the subscription is active. We do not charge another filing fee when that company needs a further supported return or a correction.
1. What is included
Your subscription lets the subscribed company:
- prepare and file supported Corporation Tax returns with HMRC
- prepare and file supported annual accounts with Companies House
- file another supported accounting period while the subscription remains active
- correct and re-file a rejected submission
- prepare supported amendments to an accepted filing.
You can also download the documents and regulator responses kept with the company's filing records.
2. The same company
A personal subscription belongs to one company. Unlimited filings do not create cover for a second company. A different company needs its own subscription, or a slot in an eligible Practice plan.
3. While the subscription is active
The unlimited allowance applies during the annual subscription period. It can cover more than one accounting period for the subscribed company if you complete those filings while the subscription is active. The subscription renews annually unless you cancel the renewal.
See how to stop an annual subscription renewing.
4. Supported filings
Unlimited use does not change which companies, accounts or tax situations the service supports. We check eligibility during the filing journey and explain when a filing needs different software or professional advice. Review the current plans and supported features before subscribing.
