How do I cancel my annual subscription or stop it renewing?
Short version. Sign in, select Manage billing in the top navigation and cancel the subscription in the secure Stripe billing portal. This stops the next annual payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

1. Cancel the renewal
- Sign in to the account that purchased the subscription.
- Select Manage billing in the top navigation.
- In the Stripe billing portal, open the subscription you want to cancel.
- Follow the cancellation steps and check that the portal confirms the end date.
2. What happens next
Cancelling turns off the next renewal. It does not remove the time you have already paid for, so you can continue using the subscription until its displayed end date. The subscription will not renew after that date unless you subscribe again.

3. If Manage billing does not open
Confirm that you are signed in with the account that bought the subscription. If the billing portal still will not open, contact support with the company name and company number so we can locate it. Never send card details or passwords by email.
